Born on an island and a casting director at heart.

I’m enthusiastic, fast, and bold. My suitcase is always packed, and I bring years of experience to a profession that captivated me long ago, and one I never want to leave, because it truly feels like my place.

I began working in casting back in 1996 in Barcelona, introducing STREET CASTING to studio-based casting formats and seeking out characters from a different angle: with methodology, dedication, and attention to detail.

I AM A CASTING CRAFTSWOMAN. I love starting from scratch, like a potter facing a block of clay before shaping it.

I believe this world is a bit about that—getting your hands dirty to create something worthwhile. That’s why I have excellent relationships with clients, talent, producers, agencies, and representatives. I also have a natural ability to pull off seemingly impossible jobs in record time.

I don’t just do advertising (which I’m very proud of); I also work in fiction and variety shows. If you feel like exploring my website, you’ll find some examples.

I’m incredibly proud of my casting team. They support me, advise me, and help the work flow so we achieve very successful results. We also use the latest technologies so any professional can view or download our castings from anywhere.

Born in Mallorca and professionally raised in Barcelona, I’m a global casting director able to work with production companies around the world thanks to my versatility, talent, and contagious enthusiasm—something only someone who truly loves their job can bring.

Let me share a couple of secrets: I’ve taught casting direction (ESCAC, COMPLOT ESCÉNICO, EMAV…), I’m a founding partner and active member of APDICE, I sing in a choir, and I was a semifinalist in a televised cooking competition, because cooking is my other great passion.

Going to concerts and traveling are some of my favorite things. They help me open my mind and spark inspiration.
